Insurance we accept

We're in-network with the plans below, which means we bill your insurance directly. You just show up and pay your normal share for the visit — nothing more.

If we're out-of-network with your plan

Out-of-network doesn't mean out of reach. Most PPO plans still pay back a good chunk of each visit, and we handle the paperwork so you don't have to. Here's exactly how it works:

  1. We check first

    Send us your insurance info when you book. We call your insurer, confirm what they'll cover, and hand you a written cost estimate before you ever walk in.

  2. You pay the clinic rate

    Pay our flat rate at each visit. Same day, we email you a receipt with every code your insurer needs to pay you back (it's called a superbill — you don't need to remember that part).

  3. Your plan pays you back

    Upload that receipt to your insurer's app or portal. Most PPO plans pay back 50–80% per visit once you've hit your deductible. [REPLACE: confirm this range with your billing team]

Simple self-pay rates

No insurance? A high deductible? Or you just like things simple. One flat rate, no codes, no bill showing up weeks later. You'll always know the cost before treatment.

  • Initial evaluation

    60 minutes, one-on-one. Includes treatment on day one.

HSA and FSA cards work here. If your treatment plan changes, unused visits in a package get refunded — no memberships, no fine print.
